Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bw99. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the bw99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

bw99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all players accessing bw99 from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bw99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership.

You confirm that you:

One Account Policy

Where bw99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and associated winnings forfeited. Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bw99 are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. The rollover multiplier and eligible game types will be stated in each individual promotion. Players must complete the rollover within the stated validity window, after which any unused bonus balance will be removed from the account.

Bonus Abuse

bw99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following behaviors are considered violations:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds to systematically exploit low-risk betting strategies with the primary intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine play.

Fair Play & Platform Integrity

Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following while using bw99:

Consequences of Violation

Where bw99 determines that a player has violated fair play rules, it may, at its sole discretion, warn the player, suspend the account, void any winnings derived from the breach, permanently close the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required. bw99's decisions in such matters are final.

Responsible Gaming

bw99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gambling should always remain a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal difficulties.

Limited License to Users

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw99 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect:

• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this clause limits bw99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
